How does personalization work?
Each book is personalized with your child’s name, optional photo, and a custom message from you. You’ll receive both a digital copy (for tablets or devices) and a beautifully printed physical book to enjoy.
What details do I need to personalize a book?
Usually a child’s name, with the option to add a photo and a short personal message. Some stories may ask for additional details depending on how many personalized characters are included.
Can I edit my order after checkout?
If your order hasn’t entered production yet, contact us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to help.
Can I preview the book before ordering?
You’ll receive a digital copy after placing your order, so you can enjoy the story digitally while your physical book is being prepared.
Can I personalize more than one child in a book?
Yes. Selected titles are designed for two people, such as sibling stories or parent-and-child books.

You can choose from:
- Picture book
- Picture book & coloring book (combined)
- Picture book & coloring book bundle
You can also select either a hardcover or softcover format.
What’s the difference between hardcover and softcover?
Hardcover books feel more traditional and gift-ready, while softcover books are lighter and easier for younger children to handle.
Are the books suitable for bedtime reading?
Yes. Many of our stories are written with calm pacing and comforting endings, making them ideal for bedtime.
Are these books meant to be keepsakes or everyday reads?
Both. They’re durable enough for regular reading and meaningful enough to keep for years.
What age ranges are your books suitable for?
Our books are designed for babies, toddlers, and children up to around 9 years old, depending on the title.
Shipping & Delivery
How long does production take?
Personalized books are printed and dispatched within 3–5 business days.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary by location. Estimated delivery times are shown during checkout and on our Shipping & Delivery page.
Can I upgrade my shipping?
Yes. We offer express shipping, which typically arrives within 1–3 business days, depending on your location.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes — we ship worldwide.
Will I receive tracking information?
Yes. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link by email.
Returns & Refunds
Can I return a personalized book?
Because each book is custom-made, we’re unable to accept returns unless there is a production error or damage.
What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
Please contact us with photos of the issue and we’ll make it right.
What counts as a production error?
Misprints, binding issues, or personalization details that don’t match your order.
What if I made a mistake when personalizing?
If production hasn’t started yet, contact us immediately and we’ll try to help.
How long do refunds or replacements take?
Once approved, replacements are prioritized and refunds are processed promptly.
Payments & Pricing
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards, PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
Are prices shown inclusive of tax?
Taxes and shipping are calculated at checkout.
Do you offer discounts or promotions?
Yes. We occasionally run promotions and welcome discounts. These are announced on our website, emails, and social media.
Can I use more than one discount code?
In most cases, only one discount code can be used per order. Some offers already include built-in savings and can’t be combined with additional codes.
Is it safe to pay on your website?
