SECTION 1 - Processing Time
All our books are made to order. Please allow 4 – 6 business days for us to design, personalize, and prepare your order before shipping. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email once it’s on its way.

If you order the physical version, you'll also receive a free digital version.
Digital copies will be sent to your email within 1–3 business days after your order is placed.

For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes that may apply. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more info.

Once your package ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email.
Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update.

Because each EverColor book is custom-made just for you — using your child’s name, photo, and selected memories or themes — all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds on personalized or custom items.
Damages and Issues
If your order arrives damaged, contains a printing error, or is not what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item at admin@evercolor.shop. Include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the affected product(s)
If the issue is verified, we’ll gladly send a replacement at no extra cost.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the personalized nature of our books, we cannot accept returns for:
- Customized or made-to-order products
- Any product featuring customer-submitted names, images, or details
This policy also applies to items that were discounted or purchased during a promotion.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
While EU law allows for a 14-day return window for most purchases, this right does not apply to personalized or custom-made goods, as outlined in EU consumer regulations.
