Digital versions are delivered within 3–5 business days. Printed books may take up to 10 business days depending on location
Do you offer refunds or replacements?
Because each book is custom-made just for your child, we’re unable to offer refunds. However, if your book arrives damaged or there’s a printing error, we’ll reprint and ship a replacement at no cost to you. We want every child to receive their book in perfect condition.
